What this covers.

This policy covers our informational website and related support email. Selachii Labs LLC is responsible for the personal information we handle for these purposes.

The website has no account registration, signup form, checkout, or desktop download. This policy does not describe a future desktop application, player account, or subscription service. Those services will have appropriate privacy information when offered.

Visiting the website.

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. When your browser requests a page or file, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested address, request time, referring page where supplied, and traffic or security information. This supports page delivery, reliability, troubleshooting, and protection against abuse. Related request and security information may be available to us through our hosting service.

Our interactive examples run in your browser. Opening champion details, switching tier boards, or changing an example selection does not submit those selections to us. The website does not save those selections after you reload the page.

Analytics, cookies, and tracking.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the website is used and improve its performance. A small script in your browser sends usage and performance measurements to Cloudflare. Cloudflare is configured not to load this analytics script for visitors in the European Union. We review aggregated reports about page views and visits, pages viewed, referring sites, country, browser, device type, operating system, and page loading performance.

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage to collect usage metrics, fingerprint individual visitors, or track people across other websites. See Cloudflare’s Web Analytics privacy information. This is separate from the technical information Cloudflare processes to deliver and protect the website, described above.

We do not use advertising trackers. Our website code does not set cookies or store preferences in your browser. Cloudflare may use essential cookies or similar security mechanisms, depending on the protections applied to a request, to distinguish legitimate traffic from abuse.

You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking security cookies may affect access to the site. See Cloudflare’s cookie information for details about its security cookies.

We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, and we do not track you across other websites for advertising. Browser Do Not Track or advertising opt-out signals do not change these practices.

Email you choose to send.

If you email support@lolshark.gg, we receive your email address, any displayed sender name, message, attachments, and delivery information. We use this information to answer you, investigate the issue, and keep relevant follow-up records. Our mailbox is hosted by Porkbun; your own email provider also processes your message.

Contacting us is optional. Opening an email link does not send a message or add you to a mailing list. Please send only what is needed for your inquiry, and avoid passwords, payment details, or private team documents.

How we use and share information.

We use information to deliver and protect the website, understand its use and improve performance, respond to inquiries, address technical problems, and meet legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating and improving a reliable, secure website and responding to correspondence, balanced against your rights, and on legal obligations where they apply.

Cloudflare and Porkbun process information to provide the hosting, security, analytics, and email services described above. Their own privacy information is available in Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Porkbun’s privacy policy.

We may also disclose relevant information when required by law or valid legal process, or where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect people or systems, or establish or defend legal rights. We limit disclosure to what is appropriate for the purpose.

Retention and security.

We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to respond, handle related follow-up, and resolve any associated security issue, dispute, or legal obligation. The nature of the request, whether it remains open, and applicable legal requirements determine that period. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified.

Cloudflare currently retains unsampled Web Analytics measurements for seven days, then aggregates data for longer-term reporting. Reports are available to us for the previous six months. See Cloudflare’s analytics data information. This reporting window does not set the retention period for separate hosting or security records.

Hosting and email providers retain technical records and backups according to their service settings, operational needs, and legal requirements. Retention varies by record and service; we do not promise a single deletion period for all provider records.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including controls over access to our hosting and email accounts. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

International processing.

We are based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use the required transfer arrangements, such as appropriate contractual protections. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your information.

Your choices and rights.

You can browse without creating an account or sending email. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict its use, or appeal a decision about a request.

You may also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. If we rely on consent for a particular activity, you may withdraw it without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

To make a request, email support@lolshark.gg and describe what you need. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity or locate relevant records. Rights are subject to applicable exceptions; if we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain why and any available next steps. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live, where that right applies.

Children, external links, and updates.

This is a general-audience website, not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.

External links lead to services with their own privacy practices. This policy does not govern those services.
